About the position

Our client in the FMCG sector is looking for a Cost and Management Accountant to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

• Product Costing and Analysis
  
• Management Reporting
  
• Operational support
  
• Inventory and Standard Cost Control
  
• Labour and Overhead costing

Requirements

• BCom (Accounting / Management Accounting) or equivalent.
  
• CIMA qualification (advantageous).
  
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment, preferably in food processing.
  
• Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and factory performance reporting.
  
• Experience with ERP systems (Syspro/Translution essential).
  
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with data-driven analysis.
