? Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
? Proven experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Experience with BI tools, data analysis, and advanced Excel
? Solid understanding of ERP systems and large data sets
? Ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
