About the position

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and maintain a sales and service strategy to build client engagement and strong relationships and build client base
  • Cross-Selling: Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base, working along side the Sales / Key accounts people
  • New Business Generation: Drive new business and work with the sales team to explore additional revenue opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Sales Team Training: Educate the sales team on products, services, and client engagement.
  • Performance Reporting: Report on sales and service performance, tracking progress toward targets.
  • Sales Target Management: Set, track, and develop action plans to meet sales targets

At least 5 years' experience in sales, of which at least 2 years must be in sales management role.
Must be highly computer literate.
Account management experience in fast paced industry will be an advantage.
Must have business to business (B2B) experience.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be hardworking and solution driven.
Must be a team player.
Must have business acumen and be able to communicate with seniors at top management levels.

You must have your own vehicle and valid driver's licenses.
