About the position

We are seeking a Corporate Sales Manager with proven expertise in selling AI skilling programs to join our team in Mumbai and Delhi. The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of corporate sales experience, with at least 5 years in selling corporate training programs, and a strong track record in AI/ML, Data Science, and Digital Transformation skilling solutions.
This role is an individual contributor position requiring strong networks, consultative selling abilities, and the drive to scale AI skilling adoption across industries.
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify, target, and onboard corporate clients for AI skilling programs.
  • Drive consultative sales with CXOs, CHROs, L&D Heads, and Business Leaders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct training needs assessments for AI/ML and digital upskilling.
  • Propose tailored AI skilling solutions (leadership in AI, data literacy, machine learning, automation, etc.).
  • Negotiate contracts and close enterprise-level deals.
  • Build long-term client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in AI adoption and workforce skilling.

Qualifications and Experience: 

  • 8–10 years of corporate sales experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven success selling corporate training/skilling programs (mandatory).
  • Direct experience in AI skilling, digital transformation programs, or tech upskilling solutions (highly preferred).
  • Strong connects with corporates in BFSI, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, and Technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell to large enterprises and Fortune 500 clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
