About the Opportunity
A leading organisation within the Staffing / TES industry is seeking two highly experienced Corporate Sales Executives to drive strategic revenue growth at a national level.
This role is requires proven senior-level sales capability, with the confidence and credibility to engage, influence, and close at C-suite and executive level across complex organisations.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ proven sales experience within the TES industry (non-negotiable)
- Demonstrated ability to sell staffing solutions at executive / C-suite level
- Strong understanding of South African Labour Legislation and TES operating models
- Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and budgetary targets
- High level of commercial acumen, numeracy, and proposal costing capability
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Computer literate (MS Office; CRM exposure advantageous)
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (advantageous)
- Matric essential; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development aligned to regional and national sales strategies
- Secure and manage relationships with corporate and enterprise clients
- Conduct detailed needs analyses and design fit-for-purpose workforce solutions
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, costings, and executive presentations
- Build and maintain a robust, high-quality sales pipeline
- Identify opportunities within existing client portfolios to grow revenue nationally
- Source tender opportunities and support bid submissions
- Maintain accurate CRM data and submit sales reports timeously
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maximise cross-selling and upselling opportunities
