About the position

This is within a very corporate environment - asset management

The preference is for a candidate from financial services or 4 or 5 star hotels only.

You will meet and greet all visitors in a very professional manner.
Manage incoming calls/mails
Co ordinate meeting rooms
Liaise with internal departments
Support admin tasks such as document preparation, filing, data entry
Assist with even co ordination

Requirements:
At least 3 years experience in the same environments as mentioned above
Extremely well spoken
Experience in client facing role
Strong interpersonal skills
High adaptability and resilience
Excellent planning skills
Ability to identify gaps in processes and problem solve
Independent worker, forward thinker
High level of professionalism

You must currently live in CT, EE candidates only for this one.

NO RELOCATION TO CAPE TOWN WILL BE CONSIDERED.
