Job Description:
The role offers end-to-end deal involvement — from initiating client discussions through to delivering final insights and solutions.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Draft and refine presentation materials and financial reports for stakeholder engagement
- Take the lead on various project streams, including:
- Business and option valuations
- Financial modelling
- Transaction advisory
- Financial due diligence
- Review outputs for consistency, reliability, and alignment with both internal policies and regulatory benchmarks
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth project delivery and identifying further advisory opportunities
- Support the development of team capability by guiding, reviewing, and mentoring junior colleagues
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (SA)
- 3 years’ post-articles experience in Corporate Finance
