About the position
Essence of the job: The Corporate Finance Business Manager will support the Head: Investments and Corporate Finance in assessing and executing on Corporate Finance transactions, including but not limited to Mergers and Acquisitions. This role will play a crucial part in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, project management and execution andmaintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The candidate should have relevant experience across the full deal cycle. Area/Travel: Qualification Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred Minimum Requirement (Non - Negoatiable) Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field Demonstrated experience in financial modelling and valuation techniques Track record of successful execution of M&A transactions or corporate restructuring projects Experience in conducting due diligence for investment opportunities Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and present findings to senior management History of working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders Experience in preparing and presenting investment proposals or business cases
