About the position

Events Specialist - Corporate & Urban Development Sector
Location: Waterfall City (Midrand).
Permanent.

Our client, an-award winning lsted property listed property and development group ins seeking a dynamic Events Specialist passionate about creating unforgettable corporate experiences and shaping spaces where people live, work, and play - to join their head office team in Waterfall City (Midrand).

This role is perfect for someone who has worked with eventing/experiential agencies or within urban regeneration, precinct, or city improvement districts, and who thrives on delivering world-class activations, events, and experiences that bring communities and corporates together.

What You'll Do:

  • Conceptualise, plan and deliver high-impact corporate, community, and stakeholder events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to drive engagement.
  • Position premium retail, office, residential, and lifestyle spaces through experiential campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, logistics, suppliers, and on-the-ground execution.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in eventing, experiential marketing, or precinct development/urban management.
  • Strong project management skills, with creative flair and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong supplier, client, and community relationships.
  • Confident, energetic, and resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
