Are you a sophisticated credit thinker who thrives in corporate finance? Our client, a prominent state-owned development finance bank, is looking for a Credit Manager: Corporate Banking & Structured Investments to join their national team in Centurion, Gauteng.

You'll be at the heart of structuring and appraising multimillion-rand credit deals that support sustainable economic growth through agriculture and related sectors.

Your background should include:

  • A 3-4 year degree in Commerce, Agricultural Economics, or Accounting.
  • Experience in structured lending, corporate banking, or credit assessment at national level.
  • Strong understanding of compliance systems, governance, and risk.
  • The ability to appraise corporate/agri-business credit proposals and lead stakeholder dialogue.

Top 4 Qualifying Questions:

  • Do you have a degree in Commerce, Agri-Econ or Accounting?
  • Have you worked in credit granting roles within corporate banking or structured investments?
  • Are you skilled in stakeholder engagement, committee work, and financial governance?
  • Can you evaluate complex corporate loan structures across agriculture or development sectors?

Desired Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of risk management principles
  • Knowledge / Experience of compliance systems / tools
  • Compliance Management Principles
  • Knowledge of Compliance related legislation
  • Knowledge of Business and Law Principles
