Our Client, a strong corporate commercial law firm in Sandton, is seeking a Corporate Commercial Attorney with M&A experience to join its team.
This role is suited to a high-performing attorney with strong academic credentials, top-tier training, and the ability to manage transactions and client relationships independently.
Key Requirements
3 to 5 years post-admission experience in Corporate Commercial and M&A
Experience gained at a top-tier South African law firm
Strong academic record
Excellent drafting and attention to detail
Ability to manage matters independently and engage with clients
Key Responsibilities
Support and lead components of M&A transactions, including due diligence and transaction execution
Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and transaction documents
Advise on deal structuring, risk and compliance matters
Manage commercial contracts and provide legal guidance
