About the position
The Copywriter will primarily focus on producing high-quality content for internal communications, thought leadership initiatives and LinkedIn to engage internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional writing skills, a strategic mindset, and a good understanding of effective communication techniques. Responsibilities: Requirements:
Internal Communications
-Develop and execute internal communications strategies, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery to all employees.
-Produce clear and concise internal communications across various platforms, including emails, newsletters, intranet, and digital signage.
-Collaborate with different departments to gather information and create engaging content that aligns with company values and objectives.
-Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Thought Leadership:
-Collaborate with subject matter experts (internally) to develop thought-provoking and informative content.
-Create compelling copy for thought leadership pieces, such as articles and case studies, showcasing the company's expertise
-Ensure all thought leadership content is aligned with the company's brand and messaging.
LinkedIn Content:
-Develop a comprehensive content strategy for LinkedIn, to increase brand awareness engagement through thought leadership positioning.
-Craft engaging and original posts, articles, and updates for the company's LinkedIn page.
-Monitor and respond to comments and engage with the LinkedIn community, fostering meaningful interactions.
-Collaborate with the human resources and marketing teams to align LinkedIn content with overall company campaigns.
Website Content:
Draft and update content for the company website, ensuring alignment with the brand messaging and objectives.
-Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
-Minimum 3- 5 years proven experience as a Copywriter or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful communication projects.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
-Tailor messaging to specific target audiences (e.g. customers, staff, etc.)
- Be innovative and creative
-Familiarity with the industry is a bonus
