The COO will drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes. A strong focus on technology adoption, data-driven decision-making, and process optimisation will be critical to success in this role.
?? Design and execute the customer support strategy
?? Lead post-sales operations (customer service, claims, retentions)
?? Implement policies, processes, and systems that enhance efficiency and compliance
?? Drive automation, innovation, and best practices
?? Mentor and lead managers, building a high-performance culture
?? Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
?? Partner with senior leadership on strategy, partnerships, and resource optimisation
?? Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or similar (MBA an advantage)
? 8-10 years' experience in insurance operations, with at least 5 years in leadership
? Expertise in post-sales insurance functions: claims, customer service, retention
? Deep knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks
? Proven track record in process improvement, operational efficiency, and digital adoption
? Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
?? Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability

?? Customer-focused with a service excellence mindset
