About the position

A prestigious law firm based in Ruimsig, Roodepoort is seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancing Secretary/Paralegal to join their team, with a focus on bond registrations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling bond matters for all major banks, with specific exposure to RMB (Rand Merchant Bank) considered a strong advantage.
Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ recent experience in bond registrations
• Experience working with all major South African banks
• Proficiency in RMB bond processes is highly advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a high-volume workload
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Professional communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and bank representatives

The proposed salary for the role is R25k - R28k per month, but the option remains with the client to offer any market related salary considering the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
