About the position
A well-established law practice is seeking to appoint a Conveyancing Secretary. Will be attending to bond registrations (knowledge of two major banks would be minimum requirements and deceased estate transfers
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Matric
- Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
- Min 5 years conveyancing experience in bonds and deceased estates transfers
SKILLS
- In Depth knowledge of property and conveyancing law
- Must be able to work independently, resolve problems and deal with queries under the supervision of an Attorney
- Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Lexis Convey / E4
- Storedoc
- nCino (Docfox)
- Legalsuite Accounting Software
- Searchworks
