About the position

Conveyancing Secretary Position avalable in Sandton, JHB. (5+ years experince essential)
Salary R25 000- R32 000(depending on experience)
Open to all Candiadtes

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experienced in the entire Conveyancing process from start to finish with a strong emphasis on transfers. (get rates clearance, home owners certificates, draft transfer docs etc)
  • Prepare & process all legal documents for conveyancing process.
  • Review & proof read documents
  • Attending to Masters office
  • Experience with Deceased Estates & transfers (run entire deceased estates files)
  • General Litigation & commercial Experience beneficial
  • Ability to work independently & complete tasks singlehandedly
  • Above average typing speed
  • Stable work record
  • Afrikaans & English (fluent)

SOFTWARE COMPETENCIES:

  • Fully proficient in Microsoft
  • Lexis Nexis
  • Practice Manager Pro
