About the position
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Ensure continuous availability and optimal performance of Control-M and Managed File Transfer (MFT) systems through proactive monitoring and support.
• Develop, configure, and resolve issues related to Control-M jobs and MFT workflows.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver appropriate technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing management and operational oversight of Control-M and MFT environments.
• Respond to incidents and participate in an on-call rotation, ensuring resolution within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Minimum Requirements:
Technical Requirements:
• Proficiency in managing and supporting Control-M scheduling systems.
• Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) technologies.
• Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot Control-M jobs and MFT workflows.
• Strong skills in system monitoring and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with incident management processes and working within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Capability to gather technical requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.
