Contracts Manager

About the position

Our client is seeking two experienced and professionally registered Contracts Managers to join their team in Limpopo. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated construction professionals with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage projects from planning through to successful completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple road construction contracts and oversee project delivery from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, health and safety regulations, SANRAL specifications, and industry standards.
• Manage project costs, schedules, risk, and reporting.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

• SACPCMP registration is essential.
• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the roads construction industry.
• SANRAL project experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's licence will be advantageous.
