About the position
A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in contract management for large-scale civil construction projects
- Experience working on earthworks and infrastructure projects
- Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, claims, and dispute resolution processes
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft software packages- Excel Advanced, nonnegotiable
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and contract documents.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage teams, budgets, and timelines while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements
