Skills & Experience:
- 5 to 10 years Senior Financial Management / C-Suite experience
- In-depth experience in Manufacturing Operations (BOM/Routing/Variances)
- Able to translate Finance to the Boardroom
- Superior leadership capability and relationship skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Outstanding oral and written presentation skills
- Immediate availability

We are always on the look-out for high calibre CA(SA) qualified Chief Financial Officers / Finance Directors as well as Senior Financial Managers and other key Finance Executives. This would be to step in at short notice for bridging roles, high pressure situations, times of uncertainty or change, capacity constraints due to resignations, maternity leave or any other reason.
Our bespoke offering is also available to companies that may not need a full time CFO or may need additional, strategic and commercial expertise, during change.
