About the position
Great projects need someone keeping the details, deadlines and contracts on track. Could that be you? Is this you? What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) Where you'll be doing it What you'll need What you'll get How to apply
Structured, meticulous and commercially aware, you're someone who keeps complex projects organised and contractual deadlines firmly on the radar. You communicate confidently across technical and commercial teams, take ownership and stay accurate under pressure.
Taking ownership of end-to-end NEC ECC3/ECC4 contract administration, you'll manage Early Warnings, Compensation Events, PM Instructions, notifications, quotations, time-bars and contract registers. Alongside this, you'll support payments, subcontract administration, reporting, meetings and document control while coordinating with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, SHEQ, Procurement, suppliers and clients. You'll enjoy seeing your organisation and contractual expertise directly support well-governed, successfully delivered renewable energy projects.
Join an established renewable energy investment and asset management business helping commercial and industrial organisations transition to cleaner, more resilient energy. With more than 15 years in the sector, its track record spans 350+ solar plants and 170 MWp of installed projects across Africa. The environment combines investment capability with in-house EPC expertise and long-term asset management.
Bring a relevant qualification or experience in Administration, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, Project Management or Contract Management. You'll need 3+ years' project administration/document control experience plus 3+ years administering NEC ECC3/ECC4 contracts within infrastructure, energy, water, mining or industrial projects. NEC accreditation is preferred, alongside Microsoft Office, document management systems and knowledge of FIDIC, GCC or JBCC.
A market-related salary and the opportunity to build your career within the renewable energy sector, where strong contract governance contributes directly to major projects and Africa's energy transition.
