About the position
We're Hiring: Continuous Improvement Engineer
Are you passionate about making processes faster, smarter and more efficient? Do you love solving problems, analysing data and finding better ways of doing things? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join a dynamic manufacturing environment where you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the business.
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For:
3–5 years' experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
Proven Continuous Improvement / Process Improvement experience
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and 5S knowledge
Experience with ERP systems (Odoo or similar is advantageous)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Engineering, Operations or related qualification
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Someone who enjoys taking ownership and delivering measurable results
