About the position
We are looking for The Content Writer to be responsible for creating high-impact, marketing-led content that strengthens the Regenesys brand, supports student recruitment, builds organic visibility, and drives audience engagement across digital platforms. This role will focus on producing compelling blogs, thought leadership articles, website copy, campaign messaging, email content, social media copy, video scripts, and brand storytelling that connect with prospective students, corporate audiences, alumni, and broader stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional marketing writer with strong SEO instincts, a sharp understanding of audience psychology, and the ability to turn institutional strengths into content that performs. This person must be AI-driven and highly comfortable using AI tools to research, plan, enhance, repurpose, and scale content production while maintaining originality, strategic quality, and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Organic Marketing & Brand Growth
- Develop high-quality, search-friendly content for websites, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Write outstanding blog articles and thought leadership pieces that position Regenesys as a leader in education, leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, AI, and future-focused learning.
- Create compelling, conversion-oriented copy for programme pages, campaigns, brochures, prospectuses, press releases, launches, and promotional initiatives.
- Support Regenesys’ shift toward organic marketing by producing creative and original content that attracts, educates, nurtures, and converts audiences without relying solely on paid media.
Thought Leadership & Strategic Storytelling
- Translate institutional expertise, leadership insight, market trends, and educational value into fresh, engaging, and authoritative content.
- Write content that builds trust and relevance with different audiences, including prospective students, parents, professionals, corporate clients, alumni, and partners.
- Create narrative-driven content around events, launches, success stories, testimonials, industry commentary, and institutional milestones.
- Help shape Regenesys’ voice in the market through content that is insightful, credible, and distinctive rather than generic.
AI-Driven Content Production
- Use AI tools intelligently to support content ideation, topic clustering, research synthesis, content planning, first-draft development, repurposing, and optimisation.
- Leverage AI to improve efficiency while ensuring all final output is accurate, human-sounding, brand-aligned, and strategically strong.
- Explore and recommend AI-powered workflows that can improve content output, consistency, speed, and organic reach.
- Maintain a high standard of editorial judgement so that AI is used as an enhancement tool, not a substitute for thinking, creativity, or quality.
Internal Communications & Campaign Support
- Produce clear and engaging communication pieces for staff, students, alumni, and institutional stakeholders.
- Draft scripts and messaging for videos, launches, events, internal campaigns, announcements, and executive communications when required.
- Support cross-functional campaigns with strong written content tailored to platform, purpose, and audience.
Research, SEO & Content Optimisation
- Conduct market, competitor, audience, and industry research to strengthen content relevance and performance.
- Apply SEO best practices, including keyword strategy, search intent alignment, metadata, internal linking, content structure, and readability.
- Refresh and optimise existing content where needed to improve organic traffic, engagement, and conversion performance.
- Ensure all content aligns with Regenesys brand voice, tone, messaging priorities, and quality standards.
Collaboration & Content Planning
- Work closely with Marketing, Design, Digital, Social Media, Admissions, Corporate Education, and other internal teams to execute content strategies and campaigns.
- Contribute to content calendars, campaign concepts, editorial planning, and multi-channel storytelling.
- Manage multiple writing projects at once while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong grasp of persuasive marketing language.
- Proven ability to write exceptional blogs and thought leadership articles that are engaging, insightful, and audience-focused.
- Strong understanding of SEO, organic content strategy, digital content trends, and conversion-focused writing.
- Ability to write for different formats, from long-form articles and landing pages to email copy, social captions, and scripts.
- Strong research ability and attention to detail.
- Confidence in using AI tools as part of a modern content workflow.
- Ability to generate original angles and fresh content ideas that support brand growth and audience engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital publishing workflows.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, journalism, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Experience in education, professional services, or knowledge-driven sectors will be advantageous.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong writing across blogs, thought leadership, web copy, campaign content, and digital platforms.
- Experience using AI tools for content support and optimisation will be a strong advantage.
