JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, create, and manage compelling content for web, social media, email, blogs, video, and other digital platforms
• Collaborate with writers, designers, videographers, & other creatives to ensure high-quality, engaging content
• Collaborate with the Content Manager on planning & creating a content calendar aligned with campaign/ business goals
• Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator to inform latest trends in social media to grow engagement and audience reach.
• Ensure content aligns with brand tone, voice, & visual identity
• Create editorial written content for the brand's website, uploading content using a CMS
• Optimize content for SEO and user engagement
• Track content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven improvements
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in digital content, social media and storytelling
• Manage multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Copywriting, Digital Media, Marketing
• 4 years of experience in content and copywriting, content production, digital media, or related roles
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across different formats
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools, & content planning tools
• Proficiency in video editing, or multimedia production is a plus
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and work both independently and collaboratively
