About the position

The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing course content in our systems, handling administrative queries, and formulating content from scratch. They will work closely with the development team to ensure that all information captured is accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Services: Manage client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses to queries and requests.
  • Portal Management: Assist in managing and training clients on utilizing the company portal/systems effectively.
  • Adhoc Tasks: Execute daily ad hoc requests from clients in a timely and accurate

Content Management:

  • Develop and produce engaging and interactive content for FMCG and both scheduled and unscheduled pharmaceutical courses in the m-learning app.
  • Ensure that all content is aligned with the learning objectives and meets the needs of the target audience.
  • Work with the development team to design and develop multimedia assets, including graphics, animations, videos, and audio.
  • Manage the content production timeline to ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that all content is of high quality and adheres to company branding
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure that the content is relevant and up-to-date.
  • Analyze user feedback and make necessary adjustments to the content to improve the user experience.
  • Ensure scheduling, maintenance, and efficient internal processing of content across

This is a hybrid position, requiring the candidate to work primarly from home, with occasional in-office days for collaboration training and team projects.

Desired Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience in developing engaging and interactive content for online learning platforms
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and best practice
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in multimedia production software such as Adobe Creative Suite
