About the position
The Content & SEO Specialist will be responsible for strengthening organic search performance through structured, search-led content strategy.
Content development will be guided by search intent, keyword opportunity, and conversion alignment — ensuring that institutional expertise, academic insights, and programme offerings are discoverable, competitive, and authoritative.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-depth keyword research and building topic clusters
- Developing SEO-led content strategies aligned with institutional priorities
- Creating and optimising web pages, landing pages, blogs, and long-form content
- Strengthening on-page SEO, internal linking, and content structure
- Collaborating with marketing and academic teams to translate expertise into search-optimised assets
- Monitoring rankings, traffic performance, and content effectiveness
- Identifying technical SEO improvements in collaboration with web teams
What Is Required:
- Proven experience in SEO-driven content strategy
- Strong understanding of search intent, keyword mapping, and content architecture
- Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console, GA4, etc.)
- Ability to balance optimisation with high-quality, authoritative writing
- Analytical mindset with a performance-driven approach
- Experience in education, professional services, or knowledge-driven sectors is advantageous
