Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related
2+ years' experience in social management, content creation or digital marketing
Portfolio of work samples showcasing content, design and copywriting
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Brevo or similar).
Understanding of SEO fundamentals for blog and website content.
Comfortable managing multiple brands, calendars and priorities at once.
Willingness to travel to sites when necessary
Develop and manage content calendars for all three entities, in alignment with the Brand and Media Manager.
Create and publish posts, reels, stories and video content across active platforms, maintaining consistent brand voice and visual standards.
Balance content output across all three brands, and monitor comments and messages during a rostered four-hour weekend duty once a month.
Flag platform trends, algorithm changes and content opportunities proactively.
Execute design work per the creative schedule and ad-hoc requests, across digital and print.
Produce newsletters, flyers, brochures, reports, collateral, menus and certificates across all three brands.
Maintain visual consistency in line with each brand's identity and approved guidelines.
Write, design and distribute newsletters end-to-end, including formatting, imagery and scheduling.
Manage contact databases on Constant Contact and Brevo, including list updates and segmentation.
Write, design and publish blog content, including campaign pieces and evergreen articles, meeting SEO and brand standards.
Plan, edit and publish video content for YouTube and social media, from long-form to reels and event footage.
Support the planning and execution of campaigns and events, including content, scheduling and post-campaign wrap-up.
Manage online and offline campaign materials, and coordinate with relevant team members on merchandise and event needs.
Update website content across all three entities and flag errors, broken links or content gaps.
Maintain organised content and asset libraries across Google Drive and Dropbox, with dedicated admin time set aside weekly.
Support NPO marketing initiatives such as school and university collaborations and community engagement, updating related presentations and materials.
