About the position
Call Center Consultants is responsible for making outbound calls to existing customers and clients. Calls will be made to ensure staff have arrived for [URL Removed] replacement of staff should there be additional/replacements required. Min 5 years working experience in an outbound contact centre
To provide proactive customer support, inform them about new products or services, or collect feedback.
Shifts range from day-night shifts-weekend shifts.
Grade 12 minimum requirement
Previous sales track record will be advantageous
