Our client is looking for global travel professionals who help craft unforgettable journeys for discerning international travelers. They are seeking a Luxury Travel Experience Specialist to provide exceptional service across all stages of the guest journey-from booking luxury travel and coordinating immersive destination experiences and pre/post-travel arrangements. If you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and have a flair for hospitality, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Manage all aspects of the guest journey including: Luxury itinerary bookings Destination experiences and cultural excursions Hotel stays and pre/post-travel arrangements Provide luxury-level service via phone, video call, email, and chat Support and collaborate with Travel Advisors and international guests Act as a trusted expert on our CRM and reservation systems Maintain exceptional brand representation and relationship-building standards Offer feedback on customer support operations and suggest process enhancements What You'll Bring 1+ year of experience in a contact center, ideally in travel, tourism, or luxury hospitality A hospitality-first mindset with a natural ability to connect and communicate Fluent in either German, Spanish or Italian (spoken and written) Confident communicator across phone and video platforms Strong problem-solving and active listening skills Highly culturally aware with sensitivity to global clientele Flexible and willing to work across shifts and weekends to support international markets Why Join our client?
