About the role:
We're looking for a dynamic and driven sales consultant with outbound sales experience (Preferred but not required) to join our growing team on the beautiful South Coast, where you'll handle consumer leads and help individuals achieve their educational goals.

We welcome candidates who are open to relocation, over the last year, we've welcomed talented professionals from Johannesburg and Durban to our Uvongo office. Key responsibilities:

• Engage with outbound leads to identify customer needs and provide tailored education solutions.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students, guiding them through the enrolment process.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into enrolments.
• Leverage your expertise in sales to provide exceptional customer service and close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to share insights and strategies for continued success.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (emphasis on tele-sales & outbound calling)
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a consumer-focused environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping people achieve their goals through education.
• Willingness to work from our Uvongo office.
