About the position
Construction Support Manager /Quantity Surveying /Project Delivery
An established construction and project services organisation is seeking a Construction Support Manager to support project delivery across multiple sites.
This role is suited to a commercially strong construction professional with experience in contract administration, quantity surveying and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project resources, financial risks and contractual obligations across the project lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
Relevant qualification in Construction, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
Eligible for professional registration with a recognised body
Proven experience in a management role within the construction industry
Experience in construction contract administration, including JBCC and NEC
Strong understanding of financial risk management within projects
Exposure to construction contract systems and frameworks
Key Responsibilities
Contract and Resource Management
Manage project resources and support effective project delivery
Engage with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders
Monitor project financials and identify risks
Provide site and client advisory support
Quantity Surveying and Project Support
Support projects through the inception, feasibility and procurement stages
Manage documentation and contract administration processes
Oversee the construction stage financial and contractual performance
Support project close-out and final account processes
