About the position
We are looking for a detail-driven and proactive Compliance Supervisor to support Store Management in ensuring operational excellence and full compliance with company policies and procedures. This role plays a critical part in stock control, risk management, admin accuracy, and overall store governance.

Key Responsibilities
Stock & Inventory Management
- Conduct daily stock counts and investigate variances
- Manage shrink and waste through strong controls
- Oversee Physical Inventory (PI) and cycle counts
- Be the regional go-to expert for RFeyed
Shipment, IBT & Logistics
- Track and receive shipments, confirm on MIM
- Manage IBTs in and out, ensuring full compliance
- Follow up on overdue deliveries and transfers
Cash, Refunds & High-Risk Controls
- Daily cash-ups and banking reconciliations
- Monitor high-risk reports, discounts, overrides & refunds
- Enforce fraud detection and control procedures
Admin & Back-Office Compliance
- File and manage all daily sales and transaction documents
- Reconcile card transactions and manual sales
- Manage gift cards, Wi codes, and incident reports
Team & Store Compliance
- Enforce daily checks and security procedures
- Support audits, SMARTLY deadlines, and compliance training
- Assist with regional audits, recalls, and clearance events
Minimum Requirements
? Matric Certificate
? At least 1 year admin experience
? 2+ years retail experience (preferred)
