What you will be doing:
- Collaborate in the creation and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Ensure our policies stay ahead of the curve by monitoring and updating them to align with current regulations.
- Play a key role in maintaining our high standards by conducting internal audits and risk assessments.
- Prepare and present compliance reports that showcase our commitment to excellence.
- Become a trusted advisor by providing guidance and training to fellow employees on compliance matters.
- Safeguard our operations by investigating compliance violations and recommending corrective actions.
- Stay at the forefront of the industry by keeping up-to-date on changes in legislation and regulations.
What our client is looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB).
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Type:
- Hybrid with 3 days in their Cape Town or Centurion office
