Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day administration of compliance processes
- Maintain accurate records, registers, and supporting documentation
- Monitor deadlines and ensure required submissions are completed on time
- Assist with internal compliance checks, audits, and reviews
- Follow established policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a legal or compliance environment
- Strong understanding of compliance in a regulated industry
- Proven ability to work accurately within strict frameworks and procedures
- High attention to detail and strong administrative ability
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Confident using Microsoft Office and administrative systems
Education
- Relevant legal, compliance, risk, or business administration qualification preferred
Soft Skills
- Structured, dependable, discreet, and methodical. You should be comfortable working independently, managing sensitive information, and maintaining consistently high standards.
Salary
- The proposed salary for the role is R20k - R22k per month - the offer is marginally negotiable based on qualifications, experience and skills.
