You are a detailed administrator, you've gained some experience within the FAIS compliance environment and you're ready to take the next step in your career.
You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the internal compliance team. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of compliance documents, maintaining records and registers, and coordinating compliance projects. You'll also contribute to the development and implementation of compliance training programs, research compliance topics, and present findings to the compliance team.
The company is a well-known and trusted wealth manager who has been looking after their clients for over 30 years. They manage the wealth of individuals and families as well as offering fiduciary services. You'll be based in stunning corporate offices in Claremont, Cape Town and parking is provided.
To excel in this role, you'll need at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an FAIS compliance environment. You'll need to have a tertiary qualification in risk, legal, or compliance, along with strong computer literacy skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Additionally, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are key attributes for success in this role.
