About the position
-Filing of all statutory returns and forms such as annual returns, beneficial ownership, Company registrations, Director appointments and resignations, share registers and trust amendments.
- Assist with estate department matters.
- Handle CIPC queries in a timely manner.
- Prepare extracts of resolution and minutes for meetings.
- Draft necessary letters for clients.
Desired Skills:
- Atleast three years experience as an Administrator
- Experience in minute taking
- Microsoft office packages
Desired Work Experience:
- 2 to 5 years Accounting
- 2 to 5 years Secretary
