About the position
To develop communications strategy, identify, develop and implement communications initiatives which strengthen employee engagement, build internal brand experience, and contribute to the company's Employee Value Proposition.
- The ideal candidate is likely to have BA Honours in Journalism and Media Studies, BA Honours in Marketing, BA Honours Degree in Communications or equivalent, an Engineering Degree or equivalent will be considered.
- The ideal candidate is likely to have 5-8 years of relevant experience in a medium and/or large corporate, including manufacturing experience.
- The ideal candidate is likely to have experience in business writing and business reporting.
