About the position
An established financial services environment is seeking a Commissions Administrator to support commission processing and operational activities across the business.
This role is suited to a detail focused individual with strong administrative and financial process experience.
Key Responsibilities
Process and reconcile commission and fee payments
Monitor bank statements and match deposits to commission statements
Manage queries with product providers and internal stakeholders
Prepare month end reconciliation packs
Maintain commission system data and records
Support general operational and administrative functions
Requirements
2 to 3 years experience in commissions, finance or operations
Exposure to financial services and commission processes advantageous
Strong Excel and MS Office skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data and financial processes.
