About the position
Sandhurst, Johannesburg - Support the operational backbone of a leading financial services business as a Commissions Administrator. This role is central to ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of all commission and income-related activities within a dynamic environment.

As a Commissions Administrator, you will be the central point of contact for all commission and income processing, supporting regional operations and ensuring timely and accurate distribution to financial planning partners. Your daily responsibilities will include processing, validation, reconciliation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the smooth running of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general operational and office support to the central business enablement team
- Manage ordering of office supplies and refreshments for all branches
- Monitor and action central business email accounts
- Receive, validate, and process client withdrawals and new account openings
- Maintain and update the employee commission database
- Reconcile daily bank statements for commission and fee deposits
- Process product provider commission statements and manual commission payments
- Manage commission-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Request and submit invoices and month-end statements to third parties as required
- Handle suspense entries and commission payments for departed financial planning partners
- Prepare month-end reconciliation packs for finance
- Collaborate with finance, MIS, and regional teams for accurate processing
- Participate in team initiatives and cross-functional support
- Adhere to company policies and promote a diverse, inclusive environment
- Perform other duties as required by management

Requirements:
- Driver's License and Own Vehicle
- Tertiary education in Finance/ Economics related fields
- 2-3 years’ experience in operations, client services, or commission/fee processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential)
- Solid understanding of financial processes, invoicing, and payments
- Exposure to the financial services industry advantageous
Remuneration:
- R20 000 - R30 000 (Subject to experience and qualifications)
