Key Responsibilities (Commis Chefs) 

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring food items.
• Ensure food preparation areas are always clean and hygienic.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating stock according to food safety procedures.
• Support senior chefs during busy service periods.
