What You’ll Do:
- Assist senior chefs with daily prep and service in a kitchen that champions seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
- Learn and apply sustainable kitchen practices, including minimal waste and nose-to-tail usage
- Uphold the highest hygiene and food safety standards

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- 2+ years formal training in a professional kitchen (fine dining or farm-to-fork a plus)
- Passion for sustainability, heritage cooking, and ingredient integrity

- Maintains composure under pressure and takes pride in the details
- Committed to growth, respect, and excellence in every task
