Join the Culinary Team at One of the Region’s Top Hospitality Venues - Our client looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our client’s kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves food, wants to learn, and is ready to start a career in the culinary world. In this entry-level role, you’ll help with food preparation and basic cooking tasks while gaining hands-on experience and building the skills needed to grow in a professional kitchen.
????? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with food prep and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Help with stock rotation and kitchen cleanliness
• Learn a variety of techniques and gain hands-on experience across different sections
• Be part of a supportive and creative team environment

? What We’re Looking For:

• Some kitchen experience is great
• A real passion for food and a willingness to learn
• A team-player attitude with good communication skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualification and Experience:

• Matric certificate
• 3 year of experience 
• A la Carte & Banqueting 
• Cooking experience
