Commercial Specialist at Sentech SOC LTD

About the position

A six-months contract vacancy exists for x3 Commercial Specialist's to support the Commercial Team.

The prospective applicant should have the following:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Diploma or Degree qualification in finance or equivalent
• Minimum of five years order fulfilment and financial experience in broadcasting and multimedia environment would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Sentech's products and services would be an added advantage
• Exposure to networks and ICT technologies
• Exposure to various database management and spreadsheet packages/ systems

The job responsibilities include the following:

• Coordinate with Account Managers to determine requirements. Order fulfilment and contract management - ensured that service requested was initiated within 24 hours with contract in place and on record
• Liaise with Projects department and Operations Centre Managers with regards to pending customer requests to ensure speedy response
• Ensure that Broadcasting & Multimedia processes are adhered to at all times, and that the services rendered to customers and their billing are correct
• Maintain customer accurate information systems through liaising with the different departments ensuring that information is current and correct.
• Ensure that invoices generated by Billing Department are reconciled monthly in order to ensure accuracy
• Initiate billing for Broadcasting and Multimedia customers to ensure that customers are billed correctly on first invoice and according to the contract thus eliminating revenue loss risk.
