About the position
An exciting opportunity exists for a commercially astute Sales Leader to drive revenue growth within a fast-evolving integrated protection and electronic surveillance environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across commercial sectors including retail, industrial, corporate, and residential estates
- Design and execute strategic sales initiatives aligned to revenue and growth targets
- Build and manage a robust, high-value sales pipeline
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Conduct detailed client engagements, site assessments, and solution mapping
- Present tailored, value-driven integrated solutions to clients
- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a results-driven sales team
- Establish clear sales targets and monitor team performance against KPIs
- Oversee the preparation of high-quality proposals, tenders, and commercial bids
- Negotiate contracts and close complex deals
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Collaborate closely with operational and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (advantageous)
5-10 years' proven experience in B2B solution sales, ideally within integrated protection or surveillance environmentsDemonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
Experience leading and developing sales teams
Strong understanding of integrated solutions, including:
Electronic surveillance systems (CCTV)Access control technologiesAlarm and monitoring solutions
