About the position

A Commercial Property Manager is required to manage a portfolio of commercial properties located within a central business district. The role involves property operations, lease administration, tenant coordination, and reporting. The role can be based in either the Pretoria or Johannesburg region, depending on your location.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations across a commercial property portfolio
  • Administer lease agreements, renewals, and tenant records
  • Monitor rental collections and prepare financial reports
  • Coordinate maintenance activities and service providers
  • Conduct property inspections and monitor compliance with applicable regulations
  • Prepare monthly operational and financial reports
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Support implementation of property improvement initiatives


Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial property management
  • Knowledge of lease agreements, property legislation, and financial reporting
  • Experience with commercial or mixed-use property portfolios
  • Experience using property management systems and MS Office
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadline
