About the position
Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Commercial Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Requirements:
- BSc. in Engineering / Construction Management / Quantity Surveying
- Professionally registered with RICS
- +10 years experience in mixed-use development projects such as retail, hotels, education facilities and commercial buildings
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and guide a team
