Commercial Manager Manufacturing

About the position

Listed Group requires a seasoned commercial manager to play a pivotal role in driving the sales and marketing strategies for the company nationally, and will be responsible for developing and implementing effective plans to maximize revenue and market share

Minimum requirements:

• Strong understanding of construction materials and market dynamics.
• Proven experience in a senior sales or commercial management role within the construction materials industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using software tools for customer relationship management (CRM).
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to be a team player.
• Be willing to work overtime when required.
• Honest and Reliable

Due to the nature of the industry, (the position is based in an industrial factory with automated machinery) this position will suite candidate who must be medically fit and mobile
Extensive travelling to customers (stores and head offices nationally) will be required, therefore this role will suit someone who is able and willing to travel

The ideal candidate should be willing and able to work long hours (long daily hours, some Saturdays and some public holidays)
This role requires clear credit and criminal records; the psychometric testing will be conducted
