About the position
Red Ember Recruitment is looking for a Legal Secretary to join an established Legal Practice, situated in Cape Town (V & A Waterfront), requires the professional services of an experienced Junior and/or Senior Commercial/Civil Litigation Secretary.
• Drafting and preparation of court and/or commercial documents.
• Filing and record keeping.
• Billing and capturing accounts.
• Ad hoc administrative functions.
Requirements• Knowledge of High Court Litigation process advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of Commercial Agreements and related matters.
• Excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills.
• Knowledge and working proficiency of LegalSuite will be advantageous.
• Able to work independently and have meticulous attention to detail.
• Candidates should be based close to the Central Cape Town Area.
