About the position
Our multinational client seeks a strategic thinker, passionate about driving brand success and profit contribution to develop long-term brand value in collaboration with the local distribution network in Moroc's FMCG sector.
Key responsibility:
- Develop long and short-term plans for markets within the geographical area
- Communicate and implement marketing and sales strategy
- Motivate and train the sales force
- Financial control and management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of integrated marketing and commercial experience in the FMCG industry
- Outstanding planning and organizational abilities
- Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust negotiation skills
- Strong numerical and financial acumen
- Profound understanding of brand marketing at strategic and implementation levels
- Proficient in IT skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Willingness to travel within Southern Africa markets
