The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial & Industrial Property Broker to expand our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves both the sale and rental of commercial and industrial properties, working with a diverse portfolio and engaging directly with property owners and prospective clients. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities, brokering deals, and contributing to the continued success of our clients and our firm. Key Responsibilities: ? Proactively identify and pursue new commercial and industrial property sales and rental opportunities. ? Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate clients. ? Conduct market research and analysis to understand property values, market trends, and client needs. ? Present suitable property solutions to clients, facilitating property viewings and negotiations. ? Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for sales and rental agreements. ? Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless deal execution. ? Achieve and exceed sales and rental targets. Required Qualifications & Experience: ? A Matric (National Senior Certificate) or equivalent qualification is essential. ? A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in selling commercial and industrial properties. ? Demonstrable experience in effectively dealing with property owners, understanding their needs, and securing mandates. ? Strong understanding of the commercial and industrial property market in the Western Cape. ? Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. ? Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. ? Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
